Baker Barrios Architects is proud to celebrate the topping off of Aventana, a new 16-story residential development taking shape in Aventura, Florida.
Designed by Baker Barrios and developed by Pinnacle and Ram Realty Advisors, Aventana will bring 334 apartments, including 34 workforce housing units, and approximately 3,340 SF of ground retail to a highly connected location near the Brightline Aventura Station and Aventura Mall. Kaufman Lynn Construction is serving as general contractor.
The development will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom residences complemented by an extensive amenity program, including a swimming pool, fitness center, coworking spaces, resident lounges, private dining, a golf simulator, podcast studio, spa, sauna, cold plunge, and dog wash.
With the building’s structure now complete, Aventana moves another step closer to welcoming residents and contributing to the continued growth of the Aventura community. Pre-leasing is anticipated to begin in spring 2027, with completion and initial occupancy expected in summer 2027.
