Baker Barrios Designs 166-Unit Kanso Coral Way in Miami

AvalonBay Communities has proposed Kanso Coral Way, a 166-unit multifamily community in Miami design by Baker Barrios Architects.

Planned for a 1.6 acre site at Southwest 23rd Street and Southwest 32nd Avenue, the eight-story building steps down to three stories alone the west side, incorporating townhome-style residences to create a neighborhood-sensitive transition. The project includes a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedroom units, as well as loft-style apartments.
