Baker Barrios Architects and LD&D have joined forces to introduce a new mixed-use project to the downtown Tampa area. This partnership is a promising development for the community, and we are excited for the innovative design and functionality that this project is expected to bring to the area. Baker Barrios is proud to be continuing our architecture work on the master-planned Encore! district.
The proposed residential tower is anticipated to provide unobstructed panoramic views, being the tallest structure in the vicinity. Future tenants will benefit from a comprehensive range of amenities, including a wellness area, a pickleball court and sky lounge on the 26th floor, in addition to 10,000 square feet of co-working space. The project, known as Domo at Cass Square, is scheduled to commence construction during the upcoming summer season.
