Robles Park Village Begins Demolition

The long-anticipated redevelopment of Robles Park Village, one of Tampa’s oldest affordable housing communities, will officially begin this September.

PMG Affordable, in partnership with the Tampa Housing Authority and Banc of America Community Development Co., announced that demolition will start on September 15. The project has been in planning for five years, with PMG Affordable, a subsidiary of national developer PMG, appointed in 2020 to lead the master plan.

Serving as both the designer and master planner, Baker Barrios Architects is leading the vision for the $700 million redevelopment. The project aims to revitalize the historic community with modern housing and mixed-use spaces designed to better serve Tampa residents.
