Brad Lutz oversees our new Chicago office as managing principal and multifamily/residential practice leader. Brad’s design experience has been dedicated to projects in the multifamily and mixed-use sector across the US, totaling over $1B in project value. His career focus – pairing client relations and project management with a keen focus on the early design and programming stages of a project – has allowed him to follow projects from inception to operation, often identifying key lessons learned to continually improve deliverables and create optimized developments for the clients he serves. As a practice leader at BBA, this background is shared and mentored among the entire team, yielding the innovative and high-quality work Baker Barrios is known and recognized for.
