Annually, Baker Barrios plans and designs over 6,000,000 sq ft of office buildings and their interiors. And with each project, we’re carefully considering how interior elements will reflect the culture, operations, and vision of a business. This dedicated Center of Excellence is helmed by Marilyn Russell, senior associate and interior design project manager.
Marilyn is a results-oriented, highly experienced architectural interior designer with a wide range of industry expertise — including knowledge of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) standards, building codes and regulations, design improvement techniques, and new interior construction methods.
Under Marilyn’s leadership and with her team’s diverse capabilities, the Corporate Landlord Services studio is known for creating innovative and functional interior designs that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of commercial spaces.
