Southeast Multifamily & Affordable Housing Business and Southeast Real Estate Business recently hosted the 13th annual InterFace Multifamily Southeast informational and networking conference in Atlanta.
Brad Lutz, Baker Barrios’ Multifamily Practice Leader participated on a panel discussion. During the event, panel sessions covered investment, development, capital markets, and trends in leasing/management/operations as well as architecture/design/construction. Also included was a focus on macro-economic and demographic trends influencing and impacting apartment markets in the Southeast such rising interest rates and a potential recession.
