Lincoln Property Company shared details and an updated timeline and outlook for leasing in the Orlando Business Journal:

The future skyscraper will include seven stories of office space totaling 198,800 square feet, in addition to 240 residential units and a club level with an amenity deck on the 18th floor to separate the two uses. The ground floor will include retail and an integrated SunRail station.

Plans also indicate a 10-story parking
garage and signage for naming rights visible from Interstate 4.

The Edge tower will include modern amenities such as being completely touch-free, enabled by technology such as motion-activated doors and occupancy sensors, in addition to electric-vehicle charging stations and spaces, high-efficiency elevators and LED lighting.

The tower’s construction is slated to begin after site demolition this summer with possible completion in 2024 after a two-year building period. We are excited to see our design taking shape in our own neighborhood.
