Baker Barrios, Property Markets Group, and the Tampa Housing Authority convened on site to conduct the first community workshops for Robles Park Village’s redevelopment. Getting input from the community is an important step and the first event went very well. Over 100 residents came to learn and share their insight into the neighborhood, offering suggestions and ideas for the new design.
