“X Orlando,” an all-new, 28-story high-rise planned for Downtown Orlando will consist of three towers housing office space, 85,000 square feet of a unique retail concept called an “open marketplace,” a 1,600-space parking structure and more than 900 apartments. Designed by Baker Barrios Architects, the project is scheduled to break ground in early 2020 and will be located on Orange Avenue between the Orange County Courthouse and Lynx Central Station.
