A gentle, sweeping curve in the design of the new Zoi House skyscraper has impressed Orlando city officials. Wayne Dunkelberger, Principal and Creative Director of Design at Baker Barrios Architects, added the captivating accent to the project and presented it to members of Orlando’s Appearance Review Board this past week.

Once completed, the proposed building will soar as Orlando’s tallest skyscraper at an estimated height of 475 feet. Additional aspects of the project include residential units, retail space, office space and a parking garage.

In partnership with  MEC Development Associates, Baker Barrios Architects has provided master planning, architecture, interior design and construction phase services for Zoi House.
