Every city’s skyline is unique, and downtown Tampa’s is continuing to diversify following the closing of the future site of a 17-story, dual-branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotel designed by Baker Barrios Architects in partnership with HRI Properties.

The hotel is expected to feature more than 300 rooms, retail space, 3,400 square feet of meeting and event space, a fitness center and a rooftop pool. Baker Barrios Architects will provided concept design and structural engineering for the project.

Construction is set to begin in December 2018.
