The Healthy Scratch, a Buffalo, N.Y.-based organic kitchen, is set to be CitiTower’s first retail tenant. Offering a wide variety of healthy options, from cold-pressed juices to grain bowls, The Healthy Scratch is set to be a welcome addition to The City Beautiful’s ever growing list of top-notch eateries.
CitiTower, with Baker Barrios responsible for the architectural design, is on track to open in July topping-out at 25 floors with 233 apartment units and approximately 10,0000 square feet of retail space.
