The Downtown Orlando Partnership hosted the 27th annual Golden Brick Awards luncheon on March 2 at the historic Ballroom at Church Street. 420 East was among thirteen honorees in the New Development category. Baker Barrios was honored as the conceptual design architect for The Ivy Residences at Health Village in the Multi-Family Residential category. The project was designed in collaboration with Charlin Brock who also was the architect of record for the project. The awards program recognizes community and development projects that have positively impacted Downtown Orlando in the past year.
