This 222-unit project designed by Baker Barrios Architects is the first Orlando multifamily community developed by Boca Raton-based Gables Residential .  The 5-story buildings will rise at 1801 Prospect Avenue, which was the previous site of the Orlando Navy Training Center.

Baker Barrios is working with a development team on a new mixed-use project in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood.
