Rodriguez Named Citizen Architect by AIA Orlando

ORLANDO, FL. – (Jan. 15, 2014) –  The Orlando Chapter of the American Institute of Architects recently recognized Michael Rodriguez as Class of 2013 Citizen Architect.  Rodriguez oversees the firm’s signature accounts and serves on the City of Orlando’s Code Enforcement Board.

Baker Barrios Completes Work on The Alfond Inn

ORLANDO, FL — (Aug. 28, 2010) – Baker Barrios Architects has completed architecture, interior design, planning and landscape architectural work on The Alfond Inn, a $30-million, 112-room boutique hotel located in Winter Park, Florida.  Highlights include a world renown contemporary art collection, a rooftop pool and fitness center, and signature restaurant, Hamilton’s Kitchen.  The new hotel, owned by Rollins College, was built with a $12.5-Million grant from the Harold Alfond Foundation.
