The theme for Hemingway’s restaurant is anchored to the life and works of Ernest Hemingway whose exploits in Key West and the Caribbean are synonymous with the larger-than-life literary icon. The vision for the project creates space for guests to enjoy the laid-back “Key West” atmosphere while sipping mango margaritas and listening to live reggae and other tropical sounds.
