Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. provided architecture and interior design for this mixed-use development in Downtown Orlando. The two-block complex, set on a prominent 2.3 acre site, is a catalyst towards invigorating urban activity by providing a major commercial, entertainment and residential presence. The complex provides the community and visitors with a  variety of services  within a dramatic setting containing a 30-story luxury  residential condominium tower, two high-rise office towers containing 398,796 SF of office space, a 50,887 SF, 12-screen movie cinema and 43,517 SF of retail and restaurant space.  A 7-story, 1,611 car parking garage serves the complex.
