Dynetech Center is a trophy mixed-use development that will  contribute to the renaissance and reshaping of downtown Orlando. The 31-story high-rise tower will be anchored by the international headquarters of Dynetech Corporation, an enterprise development and technology firm with more than 500 employees. This  truly integrated mixed-use project where people live, work and play - with spectacular views of Lake Eola and the central business district - is not just another another contemporary glass building. The design seeks to capture the energy and movement of the city. The building will give the impression of spiraling upward about its own axis, finally piercing the Orlando skyline.
