Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. is providing architectural services for The Cristal, a new residential/mixed-use development at the southwest corner of Rosalind and Washington Streets in downtown Orlando.  The 24-story project will include a 240-room boutique hotel topped with 55 residential condominium  units. The hotel portion will feature a conference center with meeting space and a ballroom. The residential/mixed-use  development will include 15,000 SF of office space, 7,500 SF of retail/restaurant and 352 parking spaces.
